Spill the Tea Participant Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in Spill the Tea 2026!
Please read the following instructions carefully before completing your application.

• Application Guidelines:
Applications will be accepted from September 15 through October 30, 2025. Be sure to complete the application in full - incomplete submissions will not be considered. To be considered, applicants must be South Carolina residents and have a published book at the time of application, with the book being no more than two years old. Application submission is not a guarantee of participation.

• Selection Process:
Author selection will begin after the application window closes. All selected authors will be notified between November 20 - November 25, 2025.

• Confirmation Deadline:
Selected authors will have two weeks from the date of notification to confirm their participation. If you do not confirm by the deadline, your spot will be offered to an author on the waitlist.

• Event Details:
Spill the Tea 2026 will take place on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
