Chapin Memorial Library issues two types of library cards.
* Resident cards will be issued upon showing one of the following:
- South Carolina Driver's License with Horry County address
- South Carolina / ID with an Horry County address
- Horry County Voters Registration Card
- Horry County Property Tax Receipt
- South Carolina Auto Registration with Horry County address
No fee is required if patron can present one of the above identifications
* Visitor/Non-Resident cards are available upon showing one of the
following:
- Out-of-State Identification
- Passport/Visa/ International Student ID
- International Drivers License
AND a fee of $8.00 for 90 days
$2.00 for the second card for a family member or $20.00 for a annual
card $8.00 for the second card for a family member.
